Yeah, actually, you can get estrogen shots and pills. My best friend is a transsexual, and his breasts are completely natural.

Im pretty sure that when they start taking the female hormones breasts start to grow as do the hips and other womanly curvy areas.

you could try them kyle, or see a doctor about hormone shots. They may not grow to be very much though, I think most have implants.

yes with the correct hormones they would grow their own breast tissue, if this is regaurding yourself you should see your doctor to start hormone therapy if this is what you are trying to achieve

Yes, with varying success. Those who transgender by having their male organs removed also take female hormones which aid in increasing breast sizes.

there is an ancient massage therapy in thailand which can enlarge any flat boobs. it is reasonably priced, but u have to look for the professionals. works really well.

a simple method will be to massage it urself everyday for 30 minutes. massage it in the way u want ur boobs to be. it will grow bigger, i’ve done that myself.!

To the individuals that are unkind and intolerant, may you never have to meet nor have someone in your family that has this problem. Walk miles and miles in their shoes before you ‘judge’ someone. No matter what walk of life you will get the good and the bad. I somehow don’t think I’ve met a ‘bad’ transexual/transgendered individual yet.

Yes they can to some extent because both male and females are born with breast tissue (areola and underlying tissue). The degree of development depends on the amount of breast tissue in the physical male who is undergoing hormone therapy and how the tissue responds to hormone therapy. Just like some bioguys that are overweight that can get breasts (gynecomastia) because fat tissue tends to produce estrogen-like precursor hormones.

Transsexual women grow breasts just like any other women (but usually a lot later in life). The hormone therapy consists mostly of oestrogen and progesterone, which are the hormones that produce breast growth in XX girls at puberty.
The actual size we can achieve varies, just as it does with anyone else, but generally transwomen have smaller breasts than XX women of the same age and build; which is why some (not all; not even most) opt for breast implants.

BTW; ‘breast enlargement pills’, ‘herbal supplements’ massage and suction pumps (yes, really…) are a waste of money and effort….They DON’T WORK.

["David T"; many transsexual people (NOT 'trannies') do commit suicide, and it's mainly because of attitudes like the one you have expressed.]
["appsptspcl"; Transsexualism is a congenital neurological condition, not a 'mental problem'. And we see LOTS of professionals.]
