    Well. Most plastic surgeries made in Brazil are face lift, lipo sculpure in the belly and has nothing to do with lipo sculpture in butt… Most foreigners confuse the information about Brazil as the world number one or two in plastic surgeries with Brazil number one of fake bodies. This untrue.

    But if you want to know the name of the best plastic surgeon, I say: Professor Ivo Pitanguy. He is the best, but his surgeries are for estetic repais. Not for fake increase of butt or breast.
