Has anyone had lipo and breast implants?

I am 41 and I am 129 lbs and I do work out..But I miss my old body..I guess I do not want to grow old..I am getting breast implants and lipo on the tummy, butt and hips.. do you think this will make a huge enhancement on my body, or does lipo not really work..I am so scared to do this procedure..afraid of anesthisia..but I am doing it anyway..My breast are now a small B and I will be a regular C
