Hey guys. I just became able to start hitting up the gym again. I used to be a fit 115lb girl. Very toned. However, I lost my car, therefore I couldn’t go to the gym for the past 2 years. I weigh 130lbs now. So basiclly I have to start all over from scratch. I am going to document my workouts on a planner and calender. I’m planning on getting Breast Enhancements in Septmeber, but if I have droped the weight by then and If I don’t feel happy with my results then I will post-pon the surgery till sometime in October. My main concern is too drop the weight as soon as possible and get fit as possible. Pain is beauty. I love working out and will be very dedicated to getting back to where I used to be. I want to be confident in a swim suit again. I haven’t worn one in over a year. Please if anyone out there can write me a work out plan or point me to a website that would be very helpful!!!!
