i know in toronto you can get them for around 7 grand, thats with your hospital stay and everything.

Before I begin answering. Why would you change the way you look?
Your genes (if you don’t believe in it than god) made you the way you were. Why change your physical look when you will be the same internally.

Depends on how much and where your willing to spend it.
