Photo Enhancement Software?

Does anyone know of any photo enhancement software for mac (you can use it for digital breast enlargement, blemish removal, etc.)? My friends and I are going to make some posters of ourselves for my big party this weekend and I need something that i can use that is free and efficient.

    I would say Adobe CS3, photoshop definitely works and makes really good changes…however it is NOt free at all….Just for the future you might wanna purchase it as graphic design major i have to say this program rocks..especially with Macbook’s
