I just went through a divorce and the judge is making us split everything down the middle, I got one couch, she got the other. I got the dog, she got the cat. We split the assets right down the middle. We split the time with our daughter.

This is all fine and good for me. The problem is, while we were married I got her a Breast Enhancement. I believe that I am rightfully due rights to one of her breasts. I don’t think it’s fair that 9 months before the divorce, I had to pay to fix her body up for the next guy to have fun with. I wanted to get a motorcycle but put my dreams on hold so that she could get her chest done.

I don’t necessarily want to have the implant removed, just visitation rights on her left breast.

Is there a way to work this into the divorce settlement legally? Should I try to trade her breast for something else? Like more time with my daughter? I just want what I’m entitled to.
Just to clear things up, breast implants are a cosmetic thing, not medical thing. If we painted our house and the value went up, I wouldn’t only be entitled to the pre-paint value of the home.

And it wasn’t a gift. It was as much a gift to me as it was to her. And I even said when she got them done, that if we ever get a divorce that I want half of them. I thought that was funny, now it’s not a joke.
