Women only.State of Louisiana preferred?

Has anyone ever has any type of breast enhancement performed in the state of Louisiana. Partically Breast lift. If so by whom, where, and approx. how much. Most important if you have are you satisfied with the results. Any feedback is helpful in helping me locate a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. I have one in mind from friends referrals.
